Heated hoses

We offer comprehensive range of hoses, single braided thick wall teflon tube with length up to 15 m and inner diameter 8, 13 and 20 mm available in various modifications:

Fully compatible with industry standards and hot melt application equipment of other companies.

Nozzles

The extrusion tip, the point at which the adhesive exits the gun. The nozzle controls the adhesive stream’s volume, shape and direction. Nozzles may have single or multiple orifices. Our range encompasses more than 300 different types, extrusion straight, 45°, 90°, swirl spray application, custom made. Compatible with industry standards.

Filters

We offer the wide catalogue of filters, in-line filters, melting tank filters, filter meshes. All of them are compatible with industry standards.

Extrusion Guns

Extrusion gun is a tool with an internal spring and a trigger for the hot melt material dosage and application. Two types of extrusion guns are differentiated: handgun, driven by manual effort of the trigger, and automatic gun, actuated by the production process control devices.

MELTPACK® Company's range of extrusion guns comprises over 100 types, adaptable to other systems. Particular features of the offer include: pneumatic activation of modules; double-effect modules for high-speed applications; number of modules can range from 1 to 50 per head, any spacing specification; the largest range of nozzles on the market.

Slot Coating Guns

In slot coating guns the application glue is applied not in beads or lines, but as a film. All guns are fully compatible with the hot melt application equipment of the other manufacturers.

Photocell used for the identification of production line speed - is a sensor that identifies production line speed by means of detecting pulses that are emitted with frequency, proportional to the line speed been measured.

Pattern controller

The unit that controls adhesive application and ensures that the adhesive is applied in a right place, at a right time and with the required format of application.
